Inviting CEP students to learn about Transportation Engineering (11/9, 12:30pm, HUB 334)

We invite students from all fields and backgrounds to join us November 9 and learn about opportunities for graduate studies in transportation engineering at the UW.

Increased urbanization, ubiquitous sensing and communication technologies, a profusion of new transportation services, and growing attention to environmental and social outcomes are redefining transportation engineering. The field increasingly requires a multidisciplinary perspective spanning engineering, social sciences, and public policy.

Faculty, current students, and alumni will be on hand to answer your questions about career opportunities, courses of study, necessary academic preparation, and the many resources – financial and otherwise – available to transportation students at the UW. Pizza lunch will be served.

What: Graduate Studies in Transportation Engineering
